Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or purchased the wrong size, you can send the purchase back for exchange or store credit, provided you follow a few guidelines. First, please contact us prior to sending the product back. If we receive a product in the mail and you haven't contacted us, we will return it to the sending address. Second, we require that you have the item in the mail and on its way back to us within 7 days of it being received by you. For example, that means if you received it on the 10th, it must be postmarked by the 17th. All items suitable for return or exchange must be in the original sellable condition it was shipped to you in. If we find that the item is not acceptable for sale, it will be sent back to you, so please make sure you really want it before wearing it on a date or something. We are not responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault for a wrongly shipped item.

All items are inspected for defects and a visual record is taken prior to shipping. If you are not sure whether or not your situation is a defect or not, feel free to contact us and we can let you know if it is acceptable for an exchange.
